Fun experience
It is a perfect condo for a small family. The bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed. We were two-one in bedroom and one on pull out couch. The living room pullout couch worked well for us. The kitchen has all you need to cook etc. Shower is good size and water pressure was very good.
Bring your own pillow though. The pillows are pretty thin.
Short walk out front door to slopes. Took 8-10 minutes. Good spot. Also easy walk to village.

Two comfortable weeks around New Year
Room and entire property with jacuzzi and sauna where very conveniant after each skiing day. We didn't manage to get upper and lower heat in the oven to work at the same time and we were unable to operate the number lock for the ski locker (requires advanced sensibility and patience). But overall still a great place to stay.

Marquise Excellence
From arrival to departure, everything was seamless. Front door and condo door codes work great! Building was quiet, condo very clean with everything I needed. Pool, gym, sauna and hot tub!! Super location with trails for walking the dog and easy walk to the village! Street parking or underground secure parking for $25:) Fairmont Friday, live music, appetizers and drinks. Highly recommend Marquise and Whistler retreats!!

Parking and odor
The is no sufficient place to park in the parking lot ️. Event if you pay 20$ per day to have your car park in the safe Marquise parking lot I got tow for the use of a 6’ vehecule spot when there was no other place available!
The condo has very strong bad odor ... the condo is full carpet inside!

Comfortable, clean, good price
Stayd for 7 nights in August for a MTB trip. Enjoyed the condo, the pool and spa. Did not enjoy having to pay 140$ to park my car though.

Great accessibility to base of Blackcomb.
Overall very good location, clean and comfortable unit for the price. We enjoyed being on the main floor with access via our patio as well. Could use a knife sharpener . Main lobby and/or room package could use additional information about amenity locations (pool, hot tub, locker) and updated info on closures or re-openings. Since to pool/hot tub area was shut down for repairs on our first day we were unaware it had re-opened until our last day. We never located the ski locker. Still would definitely recommend to friends. Access to lifts right across the road. Can’t beat that.

Location is good. Unit is very nice. Few things need attention: Bathroom - it is dated , sink with patch.
Sagging chairs around the table need to be replaced.

Marquise
Property was in a great location with easy access to the ski in ski out. Property is dated an could use some TLC. Sofa bed was in need of repair. Access to building using door codes was an issue but easily solved by property management staff. Maintenance staff very accommodating and excellent service provided on Christmas Eve.

Ski trip 2019
This was our second trip to the Marquise. We choose it for its location. We where very happy with our stay last year. This year our room was a nightmare! The beds where horrible! The bathroom had hair on toilet seat when we got there.

Wonderful Getaway
It was great -- almost slopeside. Just a quick walk to the hillside and a then ski down to the lift. Pool was warm and inviting and hot tub was great apres ski. Close to everything yet fair enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Make sure you get a shuttle schedule so you can catch the free bus around the village.

A Great Time At Whistler
My son and I stayed four nights in a wonderful Condo which was everything and more than we had hoped for. We recommend it to others, and we will stay there again next season.

Nice comfortable accommodation with everything a family needs. Whistler Retreats make the check in and check out process incredibly easy and make sure everything is in place ready to go. A truly fantastic experience.

#221 is a very dark and poorly equipped unit
This unit is to avoid. On the ground level, facing North, you will never see sunrise or sunset. A very poor, indoor lighting and the dark, boring colour didn't help. There has been a constant bad smell in the unit related probably with poor air circulation and dirt from old carpets and furniture. The building is pleasant and nicely situated and there is surely much better units from the South side. During the first night, the neighbours were noisy, disturbing and somebody vomited in front of our patio door.

Alex Renjel's stay
Great experience. Amenities were a little out of date, but I was aware of this when I made the booking. Great location just a few mins from the Village center that allowed for a quiet environment close to all Whistler has to offer.

Nice
Great appartament, very clean and functional. Loved gim and hot spa. Free shuttle bus: very convenient. The down side was that we had noisy neighbors, all night every night. But everything else was great!

Run down and dirty
The location was fine and what I expected. Building amenities were good, i.e pool, fitness room. Check-in was fine although key pick up is a pain. Unit was dirty and very run down. Paper clips holding blinds together, chairs in kitchen falling apart; hair in bathtub and dirt, dust and hair throughout bathroom. Shower curtain moldy. Screen door ripped. Holes in walls. Very poorly maintained.

Party Central
When the party raged on above us on Saturday night, the person who answered the phone when we called in to the property manager simply stated "ya, not my problem... you can call the cops and if the partiers are breaking any laws, they will deal with it."

All weekend long, the hallways reeked of pot smoke and had a stale after party smell.

I suppose if I was 20 it would have been more attractive, but my 6 and 10 year old sons did not appreciate it at all.

We will never book here again.
