Apartment had all the key amenities and the location to Whistler village and all the ski lifts was excellent. Apartment getting a bit dated now and master bedroom had twin beds rather than king/queen for the parents which impacted sleeping arrangements. Recommend for location and amenities

Overall we liked our stay at The Lagoons. It is right across the road from the marketplace in the North Village so very convenient as it is steps from the Fresh St. Market to get all your groceries and 5-10 minute walk to the main village.
Our particular unit #86 is facing a Main Street so it can be a little noisy while sitting on the balcony at certain times but didn’t seem to be a big deal.
Personally, I think the unit could benefit from a little upgrading as it is a little dated. The only really negative about the unit is when I moved the single beds together I noticed a think layer of dust behind the beds so perhaps maintenance can focus a little more on cleaning behind and under the beds.
Again, overall we enjoyed our stay there and for location it is in a great spot.

Condition of condo was generally poor furniture and fitting looking like the came from car boot sale
Total lack of storage space due to owners locking all storage areas cases had to be left on bedroom floor

We enjoyed our stay except for a few items, the bbq was in very poor condition, unusable and the hot tub cover is broken and waterlogged, almost impossible to remove.

Wish I had known that unit was on upper level. 15 stairs up to unit and another 15 up to bedroom level. Makes luggage haul a challenge.
Unit was clean and well furnished, however livingrm only has seating for 5. If you had six, someone would have to sit on diningrm straight bk chair.
Toilet on main level gurgled & popped periodically and would not clear - so we did not use. Annoying! and concerning.

The townhome was in an excellent location. The townhome also had everything we needed. The only couple of things were that AC is really needed. It got incredibly hot. The blind in bedroom #2 did not work properly. And in the living room, there was an a great deal of dust hanging off the bulkhead above the living room couch and chairs.

We really enjoyed this apartment for 8 of us - it was cheap but not spacious. May be a better place for summer with such a large group as there were balconies that we cold not use.

Some maintenance issues - from leaks, to broken tap to no gas in BBQ - but the reception service was great and the handyman (who visited a number of times) was lovely!

Was grateful to be able to have Early Access at noon. The door code was changed but was not working when we got there. But was fixed within 15-20 minutes when called. Cleanliness was not ideal. There is lots of dust and dirt noted behind TVs and light fixtures. I think that was our biggest complaint was the lack of cleanliness. Could tell they did just sheets and bathrooms basic cleaning. Location was great. Sound proofing in the unit was great. Overall the unit was a bit older than expected and the furniture was not comfortable.

Great weekend away. Fantastic location, was very clean and maintained well. A little older, but updated washrooms & kitchen. Parking to unload was a little difficult, and finding the the correct unit. A complex map would have helped. Only other minor difficulty was the supplied door code wouldn’t work, had a new code within 5 minutes though, and the rest of the stay was great.

Fantastic location very close to the village with all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and spacious and was equipped to a high standard. We loved soaking in the hot tub on the balcony of our bedroom with the snow falling around us.
We had a slight issue with the Wi-Fi & phone line but it was very quickly rectified once we reported the issue.
Thoroughly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

Our family of five stayed for a week during March break. There was lots of room for all of our ski and equipment. The suite was very clean and exactly as presented on the site. It was very quiet even though we faced the street and the village. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry was great for our wet ski gear. We walked to the lifts every days and the grocery stores and restaurants were only minutes away. WE would happily stay here again. Terrific for an active family. There was even a pull out couch in the living room if more beds were needed.

Its was great, a little hot during the second heat wave of the summer but we made it work. It was perfect for our large family gathering. And we love the upper village location close to the park. My only feedback is that the Intro email was quiet long, it could be modified to make it easier to read, maybe put in some photos, especially the check in/out procedures. Its tough to read when you have what feels like 20 people asking for something all at once. Where can i park? Is there extra parking, Whats the wifi, wheres the pool, mom im hungry/hot, Can we go to the park.....all after a long drive up the sea to sky.

This is a very wonderful place. The hotel itself is just minutes from Whistler Village. Everything inside was clean and tidy. Importantly, the water in the hot tub was clear and clean. I recommend this place to everyone!

Before rented, someone needs to do quality control.. Broken toaster, warped frying pans,4 coffee mugs??? the kitchen was poor stocked with equipment, to many appliances in living room in 1 outlet aka FIRE HAZARD !!, apparently shock hot tub during our stay and was not notified and we all broke out in a rash, closet door off tracks and could not use, ceiling fans we very dirty, all sinks in bathroom were clogged ( maint person did resolve). I could go on and on but will never rent again. The owner should be embarrassed.

A lovely spot, well located and clean. Check in was slightly hampered as we had a car and had not yet got an email regarding parking and due to the lack of a check in desk this was confusing to arrange via phone.
Other than this and the Construction work that was on going our stay here was fantastic.

3 bed apartment - small 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with little storage. Could do with some more storage for ski gear with 6 people staying there. Hot tub small. Expensive for what you got in terms of size. Good location

5of us stayed here the week before Christmas to ski and spend time in the village. We were pleasantly surprised to find covered, underground parking. The location is close to the village, TIm Horton's, and a grocery store. Tee shuttle bus to take us to the lift is directly across the street. Decent, well appointed kitchen and lots of room for the 5 of us. o

Nice open space. Great location, walking distance to everything. Steps away from the upper village and only 5 mins to the lower village. The underground parking space was a plus, especially during the winter.

What a fantastic rental unit! This condo is packed with bluetooth speakers and tvs. No need to take up space in your luggage with your own! The location is amazing, just a hop, skip, and jump away from the village. This is truly the most amazing unit!

Me and my 3 other guests were very pleased with our stay at Lagoon. We were impressed with the layout, the hot-tub, the balconies (all 3 of them)and the fanning system in all 3 bedrooms. The showers were fantastic with good pressure and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. So impressed !!! we will be back. Also the loading zone in conjunction with our suite was perfect!!! we had to go back and forth with our golf clubs and the short distance walk to our suite was a bonus.

Only two negative points: when they cleaned the condo before our arrival, they forgot to clean the oven and we discovered a remaining of beef meat when we used the oven the first time, Second, the SPA is very noisy at night. Except that, everything was great

Good location for just outside the village. Easy to catch free shuttle bus to gondolas and quiet away from the noise of the village. Hot tub needs to be updated as it shuts off if water is only a little bit low and there is no provisions for filling it other than carting with saucepan,no hose or bucket. No heating in bathrooms :( The sofabed in lounge is very comfy, fireplace beautiful and gives off lovely warmth. Beds in bedrooms are very comfortable. Awesome kitchen for meals of a family of 5. The heater/dryer for boots, skis etc at the front door, broken :(
All in all great place to stay apart from a few minor things that could be fixed quite easily.

Location was good but getting luggage and other baggage from parking lot was difficult.
Place was clean but kicthen too small for 6 adults.
Ice in freezer did not make ice and DVD player is 20 years old. DVD player remote did not have batteries. had to phone office to pick up batteries. DVD did stop working half way through the movie. The kitchen was missing utensil that most rentals carry.

We had a great stay here in June. Ample space for our family of 5. The kids loved the luxury of tvs in the bedrooms and the hot tub with mountain and village views was magic. The kitchen was a great size with everything you need for meals at home, and is a stroll to the village with huge amount of restaurant choices. underground parking and a lovely quiet courtyard area with pond. We will be back!

This place fit our needs perfectly. We had our son,daughter in law and 20 month old grand daughter drive down from Prince George and stay in one room, Our youngest son flew in from Toronto and was able to stay in the second room and we flew down from Prince George (after spoiling the granddaughter for a week) in the third bedroom. With three independent families and a baby who needs nap time it was a relief that the walls are very sound proof. All of our needs were met by walking on site and the cars sat in the garage. The play ground was very well received by the youngest member. It was nice to able to do laundry in the unit and when I mentioned some minor mechanical problems in the unit they were promptly repaired. We liked the place so much that we decided to extend our stay and were lucky enough to get 2 more days in the same unit.

Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils, pots/pans, dishes, appliances etc. Don't need to bring anything for the kitchen.

Lagoons 86 is in a great spot, just a 5-7 minute walk to the Gondola but out of the bustle of the Village Center. So it is very quiet in the evening every night. The unit is very cozy, clean, and well cared for. The entire unit is updated and is well appointed. Showers and baths are fantastic. We would definitely repeat our stay in this unit and recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the middle of the Village. My only neutral comment is regarding the beds, they were reasonably comfortable. No pillow tops of memory foam here, just basic, reasonably comfortable mattresses.

Excellent location, very clean. Only problem was lights went out 3-4 times and had to reset with the breaker. Also hot tub didn't appear to be heating first 24 hours, had to have strata send maintenance to come and have a look.

As my reservation was relatively short notice my selection options we limited which is partially why I found myself at Lagoons #86. I have beenn to Whistler numerous times and try to stay close to the village for easy access without staying right on the stroll.This condo fit that need very well and was pleased with the location. Beyond that we were unsatisfied with most everything else considering the $350 per night charge. Bedrooms wwere small and little to no room for dressers or furniture. Kitchen was also tiny and little room for more then 1 person in it at a time. Fridge ice maker didn't work, hot tub was off with nasty looking water in it, garburator was on the verge of distinction and carpets needed replacing. In my opinion the entire unt needed renovation with an upgrade in material choies required. Again if this was a unit tht reted for $150/ night it would be easier to overlook the cheapness of the condo.
