This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Check in and out is very easy.
It had everything you want and need.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. There was so much space for the 3 of us and it was really clean. The kitchen was great -it was equipped with everything we needed, the fridge/freezer and hob/oven were so big. The location is excellent - 2 min walk to a great supermarket, 10 minute walk through the village (past all the shops and restaurants ) to the ski lifts. Tanya at Whistler Retreats was so helpful and replied to my e-mails really quickly. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely return.

Apartment was clean with mostly new furniture and utensils ( first time we did not need to call office and ask for them) Place is quiet. Hot tab is disappointing, nothing is in order, no chairs, no towels, no washrooms.
Bank beds are not good, old mattresses, there is no place to hang your clothes.

The apartment was spacious and well located in the bottom of whistler town. This was a quiet location but perfect for the bars and restaurants which were a five minute walk away. Parking worked well and the apartment was spacious, well appointed, had two bathrooms and very comfy beds.

Room is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the owners address some cleaning and maintenance issues. Guest bath tub was not draining, master bath smells of mildew. Mattresses all require replacing; pull out is broken. Found orange peel behind sofa and side table in master. Hot tub was also broken 3 of 8 nights.

Was absolutely thrilled to get upgrade. The accomadation was outstanding. Was clean , beautifully presented, comfortable, and warm . Had everything we could possibly need and with ‘extras ‘ provided .
A beautiful location and was perfect in every way

The apartment was very roomy (the rooms large). Everything was in perfect conditions (very clean, nothing damaged or worn down). The possibility to use the washing machine and dryer in the apartment was an additional topping. The huge balcony was great to take an hour to come down after an exciting day of hiking. We plan to come back!

The location is 10 min walk away from cable car, but can be managed. We love the location as it's close to super market and easy underground parking. However, the 15 min car parking rule gave me a ticket(CAD75) as it takes time for me to get thru self-assistance check-in process, which causes trouble to my mood and I am filing a dispute accordingly now. Be careful if you stay here.

Unit was clean. It had so much storage space. Furnishings were pretty good, with a few more years of life left. All amenities (cooking, bath, cleaning, etc) are in the unit. Hot tub in the building is pretty simple, but does it's job. Unit location is at the far north-west end, close to the stairwell for the exit and to the hot tubs. Unit location is a very short walk to the kids playground, Olympic plaza, and a good starting point to explore the other parts of Whistler (Upper Village, etc). Check in was very easy, and very professional. Shout out to Tanya at Whister Retreats who was super helpful and accommodating!

I went with my wife and kids (18 and 14) and the apartment was perfect for all of us. The kids were confortable with the dent and their private bathroom.
The apartment is very spacious and even have a are wete to put all the skiing gear.
Everything worked perfectly.

My usual rental unit was unavailable due to renovations next door. Therefore was upgraded to the other unit. The deck was large but very dirty. Unexpected closure of deck due to painting for a day. Was looking forward sitting outside after hiking day. Fortunately painting was done quickly.

We were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to park, check in, and get around to the village, get groceries, takeout, access the playground and ice skating for the kids, etc. The amenities in the room were also great. We would stay here again certainly.

Place was great! Loved that we had two bathrooms and a large patio! Worked great for the five of us! Everything super easy no complaints would stay here again as it’s in the perfect location l! Hot tub is great as it’s under cover but is open so you get the cold air!

Great location, steps to everything. Solid suite with good layout and nice big balcony. Easy suite access, secured underground parking and hot tub was a bonus!

Condo is located in a great area with groceries and stores right below. The condo is perfect for 4 people, can potentially fit 5.
I'm very happy with my stay and would gladly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

I stayed for five nights with my two teenage children, and we had a blast. The kitchen isn't the best - but it works. We loved having the two bedrooms (master and bunks) in addition to the sofa-bed. I was worried about getting to the lifts, but the number 4 shuttle is literally straight downstairs and comes super often.

We've . bounced between locations for the last eight years of Whistler vacations, but we may be back to this exct room next year

We recently stayed in this condo in Whistler Village.
Location is exceptional right in the middle of all the action yet quiet.
Clear directions on how to access and guidelines for the property.
Upon entering the complex the hallway was dark and a dated, and I thought oh no what have I gotten myself into.
No worries though as soon as I opened the condo door it was sparkling clean and bright and welcoming.
Great deck, nice decor, good layout with 2 bathrooms.
Price was exceptional value, we would love to return.

The self check in instructions were good. I particularly liked the keycode access to the apartment. The apartment was well equipped and well cleaned. The location was very good, although a bit far from the Whistler Village Gondola.

Everyone we talked to was great! Very easy and accommodating. Impressed with the customer service. Condo wasn't super luxurious but was good for our needs. Nice that our son had his own space. Also only one neighbor on a wall meant we weren't worried about him crying too much.

It took a bit of time to figure out how to enter the suite. The call centre did not have accurate information, it seems I did not have to go to the office to check in. The staff at whistler retreats are so helpful and friendly. gave maps and showed the discounts also. I am presuming the call centre have other clients. we finally managed to get it sorted out. you are living near the village so it was fantastic. The play area in just 3 min walk from the suite. we rented bikes and moved around. So basically once you enter your room you are settled its perfect. at times we ate out but cost wise its better to get food and make meals at home. there was a decent amount of cutlery.

Location is great at the heart of Whistler close to everything, the rental room is perfect for a family with teens, the kitchen has everything we needed, the property is clean, the hosts surprised us with christmas treat (box of belgian chocolates). My kids enjoyed ziplining, skiing and we all enjoyed the peak to peak gondola ride tour. A lot of family events happening during our stay. We loved the food and service at 21 Steps restaurant though a little bit expensive. Old Spaghetti is great for family dining. Maybe the rental property can provide at least two keys, check-in and check-out process is a bit confusing though I made sure that I had the instructions handy. Overall, it was a great stay. Will recommend to friends and definitely we will be back.

We have been going to Whistler for about 17 years the same time each year. We have stayed all over Whistler but we finally tried the Market Place and really liked the location because it is near the bus, has a grocery store and is right at the beginning of walking through the Village. We have stayed in 2 or 3 different units in the Market Place and we picked this one because of the ability to sleep a lot of people. Bunk bed, queen in the bedroom and the hidabed. The only thing that is not very conducive is plugging in an HDMI cable to the TV as the TV is hooked very close to the wall. Great unit and good place to stay. Also very close to the hot tub and a stairs exit to go down to the bus stop. The only pain is the electronic fobs, only two for the unit and the worry about losinng them, $150 charge for each.

Apartment was clean and neat when we checked in. Everything worked as expected. Good value comes from being a little further from the gondola, but still only an 8-10 minute walk. Would not recommend doing the walk in ski boots, but very easy otherwise.

The pictures of the unite are not up to date. We thought we were getting a wooden bunk bed but it was made out of metal tubes. Bunk bed was used by two adults, it worked but was not ideal, hard on the feet to crawl in. The fan in the master bathroom had some serious problems. The latch on the sliding glass door did not work and we did not find any instructions for the humidity controler, TV, etc. Despite this we enjoyed the unit and had a great time. Location is perfect, very close to the hot tub and very close to catch the bus to go skiiing.

We were in for a couple of nights while my husband did the Gran Fondo. Space for the kids (3) to each have their own bed, comfortable, close to the Olympic Plaza and grocery. Would stay there again!

Tha lodge was spacious and well fitted out.The second bedroom was a bit small and dark having no windows. Utility room was a bonus with washing machine and dryer.Very pleased with the clean accommodation.

The lodge was cozy and spacious for a family of 5. It was clean and the front desk was very helpful. It is a convenient 5 minute walk to the village, and there is also IGA and drugstore in the plaza below the lodge. Highly recommend this place!

Our experience was all good except for the sliding glass door locking mechanisms were not functioning properly, would have been easy to break in from balcony. Just so happens we did see another guest climbing on the roof so we were a little uneasy about leaving valuables in the room! Very basic condo, clean, and what I would expect for what we paid!

Originally stayed here 18 years ago. It could do with an upgrade, but it is still clean, warm and functional. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free WiFi and free international calls, great washing machine and dryer. Whilst the walk to the lifts is not a problem, the free community bus made it very easy. The supermarket is across the carpark and the bottle shop was below us - all very, very convenient! And not being right where all the pubs and bars are, its a little quieter at night. All the things I like for a great ski trip!

Great condo in a central location. WIth that said, the snowplows were easily heard in the bedroom. Also, a couple of mornings, starting at 6 a.m., there appeared to be some maintenance going on that involved pipe banging. Although we were woken up a few times for 2 days, I'd still still stay in this condo again.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and very nice. The only thing is that when we arrived we found a cigarette balanced on top of the thermostat control, which gave the impression that the rooms really aren't throughly cleaned between guests.

We stayed here while in town for a friend's wedding while traveling with our 3 yr old daughter and it was great! She loved having her own 'bedroom' and having a kitchen was a WIN. It was very generously sized with 2 bathrooms and a covered deck, more space than we needed. Affordably priced and clean, we would definitely return. The only downside is the check in process - make sure you read the confirmation email carefully or you'll be very confused when you arrive.
